Recently my dad joined a Softball League that plays once a week. I haven't been able to go to a game yet and have felt really bad! So yesterday my mom and I went and watched him play. It was really fun to watch him! My dad loves playing and you can see it in his face how much fun he's having. Hayzen got to come with us, and because I hate leaving him in his car seat longer than absolutely needed I took him out and held him during the game. There happen to be lots of foul balls that kept flying over the fence at us. The first one was coming right at Hayzen and I. It scared my mom and I so bad! If she wouldn't have deflected it with her hand it would have hit me while covering up Hayzen to protect him. Then one of the guys on the other team was throwing the ball to home base when he totally missed and it hit the top of the fence and bounced right at us again! It was a crazy scary night at the game! lol but we had a blast watching my dad play and WIN the game!! :) My dad's mitt is pretty big and we wanted to get a picture of Hayzen and my dad playing one of his favorite sports. So we had my dad hold Hayzen up in his mitt for a picture. His mitt is bigger than Hayzen is! :)
